This will allow our hiring managers and international recruitment companies forming part of our network to understand what is expected from each other mutually. The SLA framework will ensure seamless synergies within our organisation, contributing successfully to meet the goals and objectives set, keeping our clients at the centre of what we do.
Our customer support officials are bound to provide feedback within two working days of each request we receive from potential employees. Similar commitments are made vis-à-vis the employers to keep the recruitment process moving along at an optimal pace.
